About Me
I’m Adam Davies, a Liverpool-based personal trainer with over 10 years of experience helping clients improve their strength, fitness, body composition and overall wellbeing.
With a background in amateur boxing, I understand the discipline, structure and mindset required to make long-term progress. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients through one-to-one personal training, online coaching and my kettlebell and SGPT conditioning classes.
Most of my business comes through referrals — something I take great pride in. My approach is simple: I focus on helping people become stronger, fitter and more consistent, creating a sustainable routine that fits around real life.

Kettlebell Classes
My kettlebell classes started just under two years ago, through my own training while recovering from recurring injuries. The injuries cleared up, but along the way I noticed a big difference in my own strength and physique. For me, this style of training became a way to help more people beyond one-to-one personal training.
Before I knew it, I had a small group class once a week — and it’s grown from strength to strength ever since. The sessions are built around unilateral and functional movements to increase mobility and strength across all areas and movement patterns of the body.
We now run seven kettlebell classes per week, from Monday to Friday.
SGPT Conditioning Classes
SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) sessions are smaller than the kettlebell classes but still provide that same group energy and motivation.
Each session is erg-based, incorporating rowers, ski ergs and echo bikes to build a strong aerobic base. The classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels, helping you develop power, endurance and overall athletic ability.
Whether your goal is to improve performance, return to training or simply build a fitter, healthier lifestyle, SGPT sessions offer a structured and supportive environment to help you get there.
These sessions complement our strength classes perfectly, helping to create well-rounded individuals who are not only physically strong but also aerobically fit. Some of our members have even gone on to compete in fitness and endurance events such as half and full marathons, and Hyrox races.
1-2-1 Personal Training
My personal training sessions are built entirely around you — your goals, your schedule and your experience level.
Through a structured and progressive programme, we’ll work to build strength, improve conditioning and develop habits that make fitness part of your lifestyle for life. Whether you’re new to training or already experienced, every session is tailored to ensure progress and sustainability.
Online Coaching
For those who can’t make in-person sessions or simply prefer more flexibility, my online coaching programme offers the same level of support, structure and accountability — wherever you are.
You’ll receive a personalised training plan, nutritional guidance, and regular check-ins to help you stay consistent and keep progressing toward your goals.
Online coaching is ideal if you need a coach to keep you on track — without having to train face-to-face.
